Disney Wild About Safety Cards Tip #1: Hold Onto Your Gear
Where can you find lost items at Walt Disney World?
If you lost your item at a Park- Each individual park has a Lost & Found located at Guest Relations. After the park closes each day, items are transferred to the Theme Parks Lost and Found at the Ticket and Transportation Center.
If you lost your item at a Resort- Items will be turned into the Concierge in the Lobby of the resort.
If you lost your item at Downtown Disney- You will need to check each of the three Guest Relations areas within Downtown Disney. When Downtown Disney closes each day, the items are transferred to the Lost and Found at the Ticket and Transportation Center.
If you lost your items on the Monorail or Water Crafts- Items will be turned in at the area that they service. This may be the Lost and Found at the applicable Park, Downtown Disney or the Concierge at the Resort. The next day they will be transferred to the Lost and Found at the Ticket and Transportation Center.
If you lost your item on a Resort Bus- Items will be turned into the Lost and Found at the Ticket and Transportation Center the same day they were found.
If you lost your item on the Magical Express- If it has been less than 30 minutes call (866) 599-0951. Otherwise contact Mears Transportation at (407) 423-5566
Disney holds high-value items for 90 days. This includes, wallets, cameras, purses, prescription glasses, credit cards, etc. Lower value items such as hats, toys, sunglasses and clothing are held for 30 days.

Disclosure: A complete set of the 10th Anniversary Wild About Safety Cards were given to me as an attendee of the 2014 Disney Social Media Moms Celebration. I paid a conference fee to attend and received discounted & complimentary items from Walt Disney World and their sponsors. I was not asked to write about our experiences at the conference. All opinions are my own.
